A feature about the needy children. However, the data are not accurate that much.

This is an imitation of the song "Silent Night" by innocent children who long to experience a bright Christmas. With the fact that 3 out of 5 children live in poverty, hunger seemed to steal happiness in their hearts. But definitely NOT. Instead, they are still eager to enjoy Christmas as other children do. Although they are being deprived of the right to live a good life, when Christmas season comes, they show that money and food are not the things that would complete a true Christmas. But, love. What matters most is that they have their parents with them and laughters then could relieve their hunger.
"Mataya na po tana pero... hinuli ng mga pulit ti tatay," stressed out a 4 year old boy while sobbing in tears. They live in a quiet place near the Marikina riverside. Sadly, his family is one of those squatters who were driven off from their small houses last November. His father was imprisoned because of fighting against the demolition team. At least, he has a friend who was also orphaned. Still, they could smile and say "Meri Kritmas po!" They were not discouraged. In fact, people could hear them singing the song "Silent Night". When asked who taught them the song, the boy answered that it was his mother. He feels good while singing the song.
Yet most of us would not sing Christmas songs unless we have plenty of food, good gifts and money. We have our families and we eat 3 times day. But, we are not contented with what we have. Compared to these children who sing "Silent Night" even though their lyrics is wrong and we make fun of it, it seemed like they are more mature. Yes, it's true. They know the true meaning of Christmas. They sing sincerely although they live in misery. Not like us, we are like robots who will work if a battery is being placed. Indeed, these street children are intelligent and more educated. I salute them.
